Overview

Located in the heart of the nightlife of Méribel, in front of the Kaïla hotel, La Flambée welcomes fans of excellent Italian cuisine. The chef and his Italian team offer you a passionate menu representing the best from the Italian Peninsula. He has carefully developed his menu to include fresh quality products.
 
If you love a good wood-fired pizza you will be absolutely delighted as they have a large selection of pizzas on offer. For après-ski or for an aperitif, you can enjoy Italian tapas in a musical atmosphere on the terrace.
 
For the die hard Savoyard fans, dishes such as fondue, tartiflette made in a wood oven and raclette are also on offer.

Our Recommendations
 
La Flambée is very popular so we highly recommend booking in advance (especially on Wednesday evenings!). It does have two floors, so if the ground floor looks full don't forget to check for free tables upstairs when you are passing.
 
All the food here is cooked specially to order so be prepared to relax with pre dinner drinks beforehand.
