Linen and Towels - What Do Property Owners Need to Provide?
The property rental market and clients expectations have changed over the years. Previously owners didn’t have to provide linen with their rentals however it is now common practice and people expect it.
Not providing linen and towels is enough to put a client off a property. No one wants to arrive at a property and have to make their bed, people go on holiday to escape their chores!
There are a few options for providing linen and towels available to owners in Meribel. First of all you can purchase your own linen for your guests.
Many owners have their personal linen and then a set of rental linen, their cleaner will sort this out for them. If you are buying your rental linen, we recommend you get three sets for each bed, one one the beds, one at the laundry and a spare incase of accidents or losses.
You can also rent linen from some of the better laundry services, some of our owners prefer this as it can be cheaper if you don’t have a lot of bookings.
The laundry services in Meribel are very busy and unfortunately items do go missing. However, some good companies have opened recently and we are more than happy to point you in the right direction.
