This is a far cry from some of the “purpose-built” resorts in the region and one of the many reasons people love Meribel.
Meribel Village is often considered as the prettiest part of the Meribel Valley. It is a little quieter than Meribel Centre but still has a couple of great bars and restaurants. The free resort bus gives you access to the rest of the resort and you have direct access to the slopes via the golf chairlift.
In Meribel Village you will find traditional chalets and some pretty apartment buildings. Recently developers have built a number of luxury residences. These properties rent very well and through the TVA scheme buyers of these new properties can claim 20% of the purchase back.
